Hi, I’m Nicholai Placer, founder of Vibrant Careers Company. After graduating from OLFU in 2010, I began my career in healthcare before transitioning into the business world, where I built over 14 years of experience across top-tier companies and diverse industries. Throughout my journey, I’ve developed strong expertise in Business Development, Executive Assistance, B2B and B2C Sales, Website Development, and Client & Customer Success — combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to close six- to seven-figure deals and build strategic partnerships that drive real growth and long-term success. Beyond Vibrant Careers Company, I also lead DP Consultancy, a passion project dedicated to empowering freelancers to achieve financial independence and career stability. Everything I build is rooted in excellence, integrity, and impact — and that same commitment defines the culture and mission of Vibrant Careers Company today.
